To process your request efficiently, please provide all relevant details, including supporting documents, additional information, and photographs as requested by FuelXonline. Failure to provide these details may result in the dismissal of your complaint or query.

 

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, you are eligible for a refund of the invoice amount, subject to the approval of FuelXonline after reviewing the photographs, supporting documents, and details you provide.

 

Refund Processing

For payments made through a payment gateway, the refund will be initiated within seven (7) to ten (10) working days from the date the complaint is resolved. For payments made through other methods, the refund will be processed within fifteen (15) working days.

 

Multiple Payments

If multiple payments are made due to technical or internet issues, FuelXonline may initiate a refund of the excess amount after verifying the payment history and other relevant details.

Please note that all refunds will be issued in Indian Rupees.

 

Cancellation / Return Policy 

FuelXonline follows a strict No Return Policy once the products are delivered. However, if you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by emailing support@fuelxonline.com within 24 hours of placing the order. The invoice amount will be refunded to you as per the Refund Policy stated above.
